Alter Vertex - Set "As attribute = True"

Is it possible to alter an existing vertex and change the “As attribute” property from False to True? If so, what’s the syntax for that command?

Unfortunately, I do not believe it is possible to change that setting. Similarly, it is not possible to change an edge from undirected to directed, or vice versa.
