Please help me on this to install single instance without ssh

Regards,
Farook

When installing TigerGraph one of the most common things that will cause the installation to fail is having all the prerequired packages on the installation box.

https://docs.tigergraph.com/admin/admin-guide/hw-and-sw-requirements

Prerequisite Software

Shell

Please use a bash shell for the installation process.

Utilities

Before offline installation, the TigerGraph system needs a few basic software packages to be present:

  • tar

  • curl

  • crontab

  • ip

  • ssh / sshd

  • more

  • netstat

  • sshpass

    • if you intend to use password login method (P method) instead of ssh key login method (K method) to install the TigerGraph platform.

If they are not present, contact your system administrator to have them installed on your target system. For example, they can be installed with one of the following commands.

# Centos or RedHat:
sudo yum install tar curl cronie iproute util-linux-ng net-tools coreutils openssh-clients openssh-server sshpass

# Ubuntu or Debian (Except Ver 18.04):
sudo apt install tar curl cron iproute util-linux net-tools coreutils openssh-client openssh-server sshpass

# Ubuntu or Debian (Ver. 18.04):
sudo apt install tar curl cron iproute2 util-linux net-tools coreutils openssh-client openssh-server sshpass

Can you confirm that you have all of those installed? @mohdfarookm

All the packages are installed except curl. Below is the error, am getting when I try the below command

Command: sudo apt install curl

Ouput:

Please help me to resolve this issue.

@mohdfarookm try removing libcurl3 and then install curl

 sudo apt-get remove -y libcurl3 &&  sudo apt-get install -y curl

Thanks for your response.
We are getting this issue even if I setup cluster or single.
All the required packages are installed.
Its says its installed successfully. After starting EXE service, we are getting this error.
I found below error in setup_install.log.m1

Please help me to resolve this issue.
Used below command to start service
/home/tigergraph/tigergraph/app/3.1.3/cmd/gadmin init cluster -y --skip-stop

It was restricted in customized AMI. After I used existing AMI, It was able to install and working fine.
