Hi, FYI I first signed up to the community using my work email (Office 365 account). I tried a few times, then switched to using my personal email / own server. I got the validation email immediately. And Office 365 shows nothing in the spam box… I am getting all other emails from Tigergraph fine with that account, so no idea what happened other than Office 365 is sending it straight to /dev/null.
Hi @dfraser can you privately send me your email. I can look into our mail sever to determine if there is an error code on this end. If you click on my name you can send me an DM (direct mail).
